Q1.How do I know that my order is confirmed?

The approval status for every pre-paid order will be instantly updated in the ‘Account’ area. If you choose ‘Cash on Delivery’ option for your payment, you will receive an email or call from one of our representatives, asking you to validate the order information. The order will be completed promptly as you have verified the same.

Q2. Do I have to have an account to place an order?

No, a login is not required to make an order with Tatvik Ayurveda. You may use guest checkout for your purchase without creating an account. In order to make your buying experience faster and easier, we recommend creating an account on our website (www.tatvikayurveda.com). Also, it will help you in receiving exclusive benefits and providing feedback on products based on your experience.

Q3. How safe is it to use my Debit/Credit card or make an online payment on Tatvik Ayurveda?

Q4. I forgot my password, what can I do?

Q5. What if an item is out of stock?

In case, if the selected product is out of stock, you can whatsapp us or fill the contact us form. And, when the product will be in stock, we will send you an email notification.

We accept payment through net banking, debit card, credit card, or cash on delivery for domestic orders.

Q7. What is the range of locations to which we ship our products?

For Domestic Orders:

We ship our products all over India. Free shipping on order of INR 999 or above. If the order value is less than INR. 999, there is a fixed delivery charge of INR. 99.

Q8. How are the items packaged at Tatvik Ayurveda?

We are making use of sustainable packaging options for its products. Each one of our items is strapped down before being packaged in a durable carton that is taped properly. Bubble wrap is used to protect fragile things such as glass bottles and spray bottles. We take pleasure in the high quality of our packing and want you to be entirely happy with your purchase.

You will receive an email with the courier provider details and tracking number after your order has been successfully placed. You can quickly track the status of your placed order. The shipment will be delivered between 4-10 days for most locations; however it may take up to 12 working days for remote locations.

Q10. What is your refund and return policy?

We have a 30-day refund and return policy. We cannot offer you a complete exchange or refund post 30 days of your purchase. The item should be in the same condition and unused for a return. It has to be in its original box as well. The non-refundable items include gift cards, health or personal care items, and hygiene care products.

We only replace damaged or defective items. We take extra care while packaging to ship your product perfectly. However, if you found any defective or damaged item, feel free to contact our Customer Care executives via email or phone number.
